Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that works with the body’s natural life force to promote deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and physical ease. Through light touch or hands placed just above the body, Reiki helps regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring the body back into a state of balance. Sessions are non-invasive, deeply calming, and can be safely used alongside medical or therapeutic care.

What To Expect From a Private Session

60-Minute One-on-One Session | $132 Base Rate

Each Reiki session is a private, one-on-one experience focused on restoring energetic balance, clearing stagnation, and supporting deep relaxation.

Each session is guided by intention and care, held in a safe, respectful space. I’m truly looking forward to supporting you.

1. Setting & Environment

Sessions take place either in a studio or in your home and are held on a Reiki table. The space is intentionally calm, with light meditative music and, if you’re comfortable, soft candlelight to create a peaceful, grounded atmosphere.

2. Opening Check-In

Before we begin, we’ll take a few minutes to connect. I’ll walk you through the session and invite you to share anything you’d like to focus on - physically, emotionally, or energetically.

3. Guided Relaxation

We’ll begin with a short meditation to help your body and mind settle into a relaxed state, allowing you to receive the session more fully.

4. Reiki Energy Work

I’ll then begin channeling Reiki energy, working intuitively with your energy field. You may choose between light touch or no contact, whatever feels safest and most comfortable for you.

5. Integration Time

The session lasts approximately one hour. Afterward, I recommend taking 10–15 minutes to sit quietly and integrate the experience, allowing the effects to settle gently into your system.

How to Prepare

Preparing ahead of time can help your body arrive already relaxed and receptive. Just a few simple steps can make a meaningful difference.

For your comfort during the session, you may wish to bring:

  • A pillow to support your head or neck

  • A blanket for warmth
