My sound therapy (Sound Bath) sessions promote relaxation through stress and tension relief, and a rebalancing of the body and it's energy through the use of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, a thunder drum, a rain stick, and an ocean drum creating a deeply immersive experience designed to relax the mind and restore balance to the body and soul. Together, these instruments work in harmony to induce a state of deep relaxation, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and clarity.

  • A typical group session follows this rhythm:

    1. Introduction: Overview of instruments and benefits of sound healing

    2. Guided Meditation: Grounding the group and settling the nervous system

    3. Sound Bath: Approximately 40 minutes of immersive sound

    4. Recovery: Gentle transition back into the space

    Sessions usually last about one hour, with flexibility based on your needs.

    1. Space Requirements: Minimum 6×6 feet for my setup, plus room for participants to lie down

    2. Group Size: Flexible (based on venue capacity)

    3. Equipment: All instruments are provided (crystal bowls, metal bowls, gongs, and more)

    4. Set-Up & Clean-Up: Approximately 15 minutes before and after the session

  • For maximum comfort, participants are encouraged to bring:

    Comfortable clothing is encouraged (no special attire required).

Remote sound baths offer the same intentional, vibrational healing as in-person sessions - without requiring you to be in the same room. Location doesn’t limit the work; intention leads the experience.

Remote sessions are offered in two formats: live via a streaming platform (like Zoom) or pre-recorded and delivered directly to you. You can choose real-time connection or flexible, on-demand listening - both are equally effective.

What do I need to prepare?
A quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down or sit back undisturbed. Headphones or good-quality speakers are recommended. No prior experience is needed.

  • Yes. While the experience is different from in-person sessions, many people find remote sound baths deeply relaxing and surprisingly effective. The nervous system responds to sound and intention regardless of physical distance.

  • Both options support deep healing in different ways:

    • Live Sessions: Connect with me before and after the session to refine intentions and integrate the experience. (Emergencies only during the session, no mid-sound-bath chit-chat.)

    • Pre-Recorded Sessions: Personally created for you and available anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.

  • Each session begins with a guided meditation to gently prepare your nervous system. Meditations may be general for relaxation or tailored to specific intentions such as stress relief, emotional clarity, or navigating a life challenge. From there, the sound bath unfolds in alignment with your goals.

  • Most sessions run about one hour, though shorter or extended sessions can be arranged to fit your needs and schedule.

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin slow, deep breathing. Hydrate before and after your session to support your body’s natural integration process.

    For maximum comfort and immersion, I recommend:

    1. A mat or blanket to lie on

    2. A second blanket for warmth

    3. A small pillow

    4. An eye mask for deeper sensory focus

    5. Comfortable clothing (yes, pajamas are welcome)

  • They’re ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional grounding, or a moment of deep rest - especially those who can’t attend in person or prefer to stay at home. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, better sleep, emotional balance, or improved focus, your intention shapes the session. Share your goals ahead of time, and I’ll design the sound bath using targeted frequencies and focused intention.

  • Remote sound baths are Zoom-friendly, allowing multiple people to join from one connection. Ideal for private group sessions, family experiences, or virtual wellness retreats.

  • 🎧 For private sessions, a recording is included, giving you continued access to your sound bath whenever you feel called to return to it.
