Join us for 90 minutes of pure bliss where you will enjoy a 45 minute yoga flow to mellow out, stretch, and create space for the body to relax, following the flow you will be guided into Yoga Nidra, ending with Reiki energy support while being surrounded by the vibrations of a crystal bowl soundbath
