Sound Therapy

Sound healing helps shift the body out of stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting deep relaxation and emotional balance. This allows the body to naturally release tension and restore equilibrium.

Reiki

Reiki uses the universal life force energy that sits within all of us to find and release energetic blocks in your body.

Body Code

Body code uses muscle testing to detrmine where your stress or anxiety comes from. 

This is where we learn more about the why and decide on actionable ways to help resolve you on your chronic stress and anxiety
