The man who looks the most together is often the one holding the most.

Here is what nobody is saying about the man who looks the most together in the room. He is the one you would never think to check on. The one leading the Bible study. The one people come to when things get hard. The one who has the answer, the verse, the steady voice. The one who has been doing this so long that his strength has become the thing everyone around him depends on. And at 3am he wakes up and lies there in the dark and wonders: who the hell is supposed to check on me? Nobody, usually. Because the performance is too good. Because the weight is invisible under the strength. Because the system needs him to hold the line and he has been so good at holding it that nobody has stopped to ask what it is costing him. I spent decades being that man. Military. Church. Both of them needed me solid and I delivered solid every single time. The Eight words I needed to hear - the ones nobody ever said to me - were simple. Eight words that would have changed everything. I've been there, brother. Let me help you. Nobody said them. So I built a practice around saying them to every man I can reach. If you are that man right now, the one nobody checks on, the one performing strength while something underneath dissolves quietly, this is me saying it to you. I've been there, brother. Let me help you.. #ReligiousProgramming #ChurchTrauma #GuiltAndShame #BreakFree #TranscendenceMethod
